Refund Policy — PepXClub

All PepXClub products are sold strictly for laboratory and in vitro research use only. They are not for human or veterinary use.

Eligibility

Due to the nature of research materials and quality-control requirements, we cannot accept returns of opened products.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Non-returnable items

• Opened or used vials / products
• Products stored or handled outside recommended conditions
• Orders placed in error after shipment has been processed (unless we agree otherwise)

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
